1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Enable Authentication best practices where available.

If you believe your account security is compromised, contact us immediately and reset your password.

2. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled per our policy and applicable law. If you purchase a Subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

We reserve the right to suspend access in case of Chargeback or failed payment.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, disrupt others, or share unauthorized course material.

  • No automated scraping without prior written consent.
  • No uploading malware or attempting to bypass security measures.
  • No sharing of solutions or course files outside permitted scope.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials are provided under a limited License for personal learning. Creating Derivative Works for redistribution is prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data

We process Personal Data as described in our privacy notices. Data Processing relies on appropriate legal bases.

To exercise your rights, you may submit a data request. We will respond within statutory timeframes.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for Consequential Damages.

7. Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved by binding Arbitration on an individual basis. Venue and governing law are as specified by our Venue clause.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to access courses ceases, except as required by law.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including Force Majeure events.

10. Beta Features

Occasionally, we may release Beta features for testing. Such features may be unstable and can be modified or discontinued at any time.

Rights to use course materials for personal learning; redistribution is prohibited.

Content

All text, videos, and resources provided within courses and the site.

Authentication

Verification of identity using credentials, tokens, or multi‑factor methods to protect your account.

Subscription

An automatically renewing plan billed at a set interval until canceled.

Chargeback

A payment reversal initiated by your card issuer. May lead to suspension while resolved.

Derivative Works

New materials based on or adapted from original content, such as re-edited videos or compiled PDFs.

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (e.g., name, email, IP address).

Processing

Any operation performed on data, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.

AS IS

Provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Consequential Damages

Indirect or special losses that are not the direct result of a breach (e.g., lost profits).

Arbitration

A private dispute-resolution process conducted by a neutral arbitrator, instead of a court.

Venue

The jurisdiction and location where disputes will be heard or administered.

Force Majeure

Events like natural disasters, war, or government actions that prevent performance of obligations.

Beta

Pre-release features shared for testing and feedback, not guaranteed to be stable.
